Shipping Policy 

 🚛scheduled orders: we are committed to delivering on the agreed date. A reminder will be sent 72 hours in advance via email or your preferred contact method.

 🚛Urgent orders: are processed and confirmed before being shipped. Delivery time starts from 12 hours, depending on the distance between Tantan Port and other regions of Morocco. 

🧑‍⚕️Orders are shipped using a refrigerated truck that complies with health and food safety standards, as mandated by the Ministry of Fisheries and licensed by the National Office for Food Safety (N°: 0193/DR7/SV Tan-Tan:2025).
